It was such a relief to find Jonathon because, in my panic about bed bugs, I’d been fleeced by a very unprofessional company prior to engaging his services. Jonathon took plenty of time to sit and talk things through, do an investigation, and then take what seemed like the most sensible next steps to deal with the issue. I knew he’d be on hand to come back and keep on being available until we were bug free. All sorted now. He told me about what his accreditation with the BPCA represents… I wish I’d spent more time researching companies at the outset… I’d have saved myself a lot of money and a lot of angst!

Jonathan provided a speedy and professional service advising on a rat problem, he went through all available options and advised us on how best to proceed in a way which would be best for our dog and the wider environment including wildlife. Pleasant and very helpful to deal with and also worked well with neighbours either side, we hope not to need him again but if we do we will definitely use him in the future.
