A guest at our holiday home thought we had rats due to noise. It turned out we had a stoat. Jonathan came promptly and identified the problem and then dealt with it carefully over several weeks with camera traps and regular visits. Once it had left he was able to proof the house against further intrusions and ensure we don’t get mice in the future. He kept us fully informed and it was such a relief to feel that we could trust home with access to the house. Given the number of visits he has also been very fair at what he’s charged us. All I can say is thank you. I would thoroughly recommend him if you have any pest problem.
