Complaints Policy

 

This Complaints Policy provides direction for clients in the eventuality of a complaint against Three Counties Pest Control Ltd.

Three Counties Pest Control Ltd. are full servicing members of the British Pest Control Association. The BPCA "represents excellence, professionalism and promotes best practice in the often difficult world of pest control."

Pest control really is a difficult world, but we strive for the excellence and professional standards that the BCPA extols. We also take seriously the codes of best practice that have been established by them and the Campaign for Responsible Rodenticide Use. As we work for you we try to help you understand what you can expect from our treatments and ensure that you are happy with our processes.

If you should have a complaint against our organisation, please try to speak to Jonathan in person so that he can help you to resolve the issue.

If after this you are still unhappy, as mentioned we are members of the British Pest Control Association, and you can contact them to assist in reaching a solution (www.bpca.org.uk/complaints). Please do not contact them until you have gone through our internal complaints procedure, as they will refer you back to us.
