Jonathan was absolutely fantastic. I was worried we may have bedbugs. Before I found Jonathan's number I had phoned a few other places who wanted to just spray the entire place at great expense even though I wasn't sure we even had them! Thank goodness I found Jonathan! He advised me on the phone, with a wealth of useful information, ensuring he would want to find evidence of bed bugs first before any treatment and then he came out that very day. After a very professional inspection, traps were then laid down to monitor and thankfully it was then obvious we didn't have bedbugs and no further treatment was necessary. I am now armed with a wealth of information on how to protect an area from bed bugs which I would never have thought of before, particularly useful when you are travelling place to place frequently. I am so grateful for Jonathan's help and expertise. If you think you may have any pests he is definitely the man to call.
